2nd day at ERS

Just started my secondment in ERS... Havent been assigned on any jobs, think my experience in audit not very relevant... So been reading and reading abt the way how to do internal audit and stuff... Feel like in training whole day, but more of self-training... Self reading rather...

Generally much quieter during work but during lunch time it's pretty noisy... They go early lunch, but come back early as well. Working hours also seem more balanced... But they start late, end a bit later also la... Yep yep...

But one thing I dun really like is that the bosses will walk ard n look at ur laptop to see wat u're doing... showing their disapproval if u're not doing stuff relating to work... I mean in audit, it's understandable to take a break... I dunno... I think it's good n bad... Make sure you're focussed... Yep... So going back to read... it's endless... Knowledge is endless...
