13th Jul 2008...

This marks a special day in Ken's life... It's his convocation... It's a Sunday... Think it's at 3pm... Yeah... It's a ceremony that marks the end of his NUS life... Even as he prepares for the working world... It's amazing to see how God has brought him through these past 4 years in NUS. Ken has been scoring better and better with each sem. He started his 1st sem with a CAP of less than 3 and ended with 4.6!!! Amazing... But his average gave him a 2nd lower honours, which I think is not bad le, considering his 1st sem cap was <3... Yep... Dear, so proud of u...

To Ken, this day is just another day, nothing significant cos he has lots of other things he's thinking about... Finding employment is the most impt thing on his mind now... Yep, I remember that time when I was trying to find a job, I also grew quite sian... When everyone else was getting employment b4 they graduated... I got mine only in mid Aug... Which was very late... But i eventually managed to get into one of the big 4 of my industry... And I've been here for 2 year plus... It's amazing... Along the way there were many obstacles, but God managed to see me through it all... So dear dear, dun lose hope... You can get the job u so badly wanted one... We'll continue to pray together, fast together n believe together...

The other thing on our minds is the flat that we applied for... Really hope that we will get it... Then can get married in abt 3-4 years time... Yep yep...

Been thinking through our relationships a lot recently... Thinking back of all the things, places, ppl we know and stuff lately... Few have gotten married for those of our age... Many ppl have been congratulating us... Yep... Thanks for all your well wishes... You can start saving a dollar a day le... Hahaha... Ken was just chatting with his NUS fren over dinner... She gt to know abt the proposal from Junhao... Our sec 2 classmate... Hmmmm... Dunno how he knew, but yep... And she asked how we managed to sustain so long... And the answer is religion... We have the same belief, trust the same Person, and we understand each other's dreams n visions...

A man leads... So he's the leader in our relationship... A man guards... He guards his territory, he doesnt allow other guys to come near me... Hahhaa... A man protects... He ensures that I'm safe... A man governs... He sets the rules n regulations... Hmmmm, sounds legalistic... Hahaha... And he gives me security, he is faithful, God-fearing, humourous too!!! And i'm a very easy-going person... Hahaha... I think everyone will agree... Yeah... SO I'll be a good supporter, a follower... Hahhaa...

THat day Ken was just saying we got to list down all the couples who got married after we were together, like we were invited and/or attended / attending their wedding... A lot... I'll try listing some... Not in order, cos I cant remember the order also... Hmmmm.... Sorry if I spelt ur name wrongly... But it sounds like that to me... :p
